Services

SkinLab provides aesthetic and cosmetic treatments, including but not limited to skincare consultations, laser treatments, anti-aging therapies, and medical facials.

Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Medical Disclaimer

All services are for aesthetic purposes only and do not replace medical treatment. Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or previous procedures before treatment to ensure your safety and the best possible outcome.

Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments must be booked in advance.
• We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee.
• Clients arriving significantly late may have their session shortened or rescheduled at the clinic's discretion to avoid impacting other bookings.

Payments

We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service unless arranged otherwise.

Promotions & Offers

Current offers displayed on social media and our website may have separate Terms and Conditions. Please check with customer support for the same. SkinLab reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Package Validity

Treatment packages and bundles must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions will not be refunded or extended beyond the stated validity period unless an exception is approved in writing by the clinic management. Package sessions are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

Refund Policy

All service payments are non-refundable. For concerns, contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.

Results Disclaimer

Results vary by individual. SkinLab does not guarantee specific outcomes. The number of sessions required may vary depending on individual skin type, condition, and response to treatment.

Consent for Treatment

Clients will be required to complete and sign a consent form prior to undergoing any procedure. This form outlines the nature of the treatment, potential risks, aftercare instructions, and the client's acknowledgment of understanding. Treatment will not commence without a signed consent form.

Photo & Video Consent

SkinLab may take before-and-after photographs or videos for clinical documentation purposes. Use of such images for marketing, training, or social media will only occur with the client's explicit written consent. Clients may withdraw consent at any time by notifying us in writing.

Privacy & Data

SkinLab collects and processes personal and medical information solely for the purpose of providing our services, maintaining client records, and communicating appointment-related information. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at skinlab.ae/privacy-policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkinLab's total liability to any client for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific treatment in question. SkinLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, images, and materials are the property of SkinLab and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
